A smart thinker can significantly influence an individual, a team, and an organization. 1. Deep thinker

The first type is a theoretical deep thinker. He looks for causes and tries to find answers to questions, the world doesn’t know yet. They are intellectually attracted to phenomena and topics that are still unexplained.

2. The Pragmatic thinker

The second type is a pragmatic thinker. He looks at what is already there and tries to optimize that. These thinkers are good at finding ways, to make their work more efficient and they orient on the needs of people, which means they have high levels of reflection skills.

3. Visionary

The third type is the visionary thinker. These thinkers do not look at causes or optimizations, not primarily, but set visions for the future that we might not come up with. They are very good at finding creative solutions to the world’s problems.

4. empathetic thinker

The fourth type is the empathetic thinker. This thinker uses his self-reflection skills and empathy to build resilience and a strong mindset for himself and then motivates others. These thinkers are very good at finding the right motivations people need to rise.

People can combine all these types of thinkers in them, but mostly we lean to one side. I am a pragmatic thinker. What about you?

So next time you feel like you don’t belong to the smart thinkers’ category, just try to do this. Understand what kind of a smart thinker you are. Find the best way to express your thoughts. Share your ideas with those people who can bring them across, so that one day more and more people around the world come to know of your thought and eventually let them become reality.
